PlantMulti is available for worldwide shipping! No matter where your garden is located, we are dedicated to delivering our smart tools straight to your doorstep.

We work with trusted global logistics partners to ensure a reliable and smooth delivery experience for all of our international backers.

Shipping Rates

• VIP Members: Free standard shipping worldwide is exclusively guaranteed for our $0.99 VIP members who reserve the Founder Pack.

• Standard Shipping: For non-VIP backers, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination country.

Duties & Taxes

• US & EU Orders: All prices include duties and taxes for United States and European Union orders (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.

• Other International Regions: For regions outside the US and EU, local import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Kickstarter Backers Timeline

• Estimated Delivery: We expect to begin global shipping to our early backers between October and November.

• Shipping Updates: Once the campaign concludes, backers will receive regular production updates, tracking numbers, and shipping confirmations via Kickstarter updates and email.
