What kind of plants can I grow?

Up to 10 seeds are available for seed mode. Up to 50 plants are available for cuttage/plant mode. And more plants are under tests.

How easy is it to set up?

Super easy — just place your plant inside, add water, choose the mode, and you’re ready to grow! If you want remote alerts, pair it with the Tuya Smart app.

How does Plantbot alert me when my plant needs care?

Plantbot uses emoji-like expressions and voice cues to show when it needs water, light, or other care. If connected to the app, you’ll also get instant alerts on your phone.

How does self-watering system work?

The self-watering system automatically provides water to the plant based on the moisturelevels detected, reducing the need for manual watering.

Can I use Plantbot without Wi-Fi?

Yes. Plantbot can work offline and still display expressions and sounds to indicate your plant’s needs. Wi-Fi is only required for remote alerts through the app.

Does Plantbot receive software updates?

Yes, regularly receives OTA software updates every few weeks to ensure optimal performance and introduce new features.

Additionally, special updates are rolled out during festive occasions like Halloween and Christmas.

Does it need batteries?

Yes, Plantbot is rechargeable. One full charge can last up to 8 hours of active operation. For continuous display, keep it connected to a power source.
