Yes, regularly receives OTA software updates every few weeks to ensure optimal performance and introduce new features. Additionally, special updates are rolled out during festive occasions like Halloween and Christmas.

Common Issues & Fixes

You can easily reset it and get it back online by following these steps:

#1 Enter Pairing Mode: Swiftly press Button 1 three times (3x).

#2 Confirm on Screen: When a window pops up on the device screen, confirm by pressing Button 1 once.

#3 Reconnect: Open your Tuya Smart App, and you should be able to reconnect your PlantBot to the new Wi-Fi network.

This should refresh the connection and get everything working smoothly again.

Please follow the steps below:

#1 Unplug the power adapter and leave your Plantbot until the screen turns completely black.

#2 This process usually takes about 24 hours to fully drain the battery.

#3 Once the screen is off, plug the power back in. Your Plantbot should restart automatically. In case it keeps blanked, long-press Button 1 to switch it on after 5 secoonds.

#4 Please open the app, check the current software version, and go to Settings > Product Update to install the latest available version.
