Method A:
1 Unplug the power adapter and leave your Plantbot until the screen turns completely black.
2 This process usually takes about 24 hours to fully drain the battery.
3 Once the screen is off, plug the power back in. Your Plantbot should restart automatically.
4 Please open the app, check the current software version, and go to Settings > Product Update to install the latest available version.
Method B:
1 Connect your product to a Windows computer using a USB data cable.
2 Download and open the Toolbox program(XCOM or YAT).
3 In the Toolbox, select the correct COM port.
4 Click Open Communication, then click RTS to restart your product.
